In a bowl, mix chopped chocolate and butter and melt in a microwave or bain-marie, stirring occasionally.

Add sugar and let the mixture cool slightly.

Add eggs one by one, stirring carefully. There is no need to whisk with a mixer! If desired, you can lightly beat the eggs with a fork first.

Finally, sift in the wheat flour. Mix until smooth.

Pour the batter into a greased 24 cm springform pan and bake for 25 minutes in a 200-degree Celsius oven. The finished cake should be just baked on top, but still soft inside.

Let the cake cool in the pan before serving – even until the next day.
