  • To provide and maintain the Virtual Cookbook service, including generating recipes via AI.

To provide our services, we use the following third-party processors. By using our service, you agree that your data may be processed by these entities:

  • Supabase: For secure database hosting and data storage.
  • Google Gemini AI: When you generate or scan a recipe, the text or image is sent to Google's AI for processing. We do not use your data to train their models.
  • Resend: For sending transactional emails, such as password reset links.
  • Vercel: For hosting the application infrastructure.

5. Data Security & Retention

We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used, or accessed in an unauthorized way. We will only retain your personal data for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for. If you choose to delete your account, your data will be permanently erased from our systems.
